Treatment

At Salubre Care, we utilize opioid-based medication assistance to provide rapid relief of these withdrawal symptoms as well as the cravings for additional opioids. Based upon your individual medical needs and history, we select the medication which is safest and most beneficial to your recovery. Some of the medical approaches we utilize include buprenorphine (Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Subutex®, Sublocade®), naltrexone (Vivitrol®), disulfiram (Antabuse®), acamprosate (Cameral®), topiramate, bupropion (Zyban®), and varenicline (Chantix®).

Counseling

Our patients have the ability to establish care with our in-house counselor or counselors of their choosing.
